A police vehicle was involved in a car accident in Germantown Thursday morning.
Officials say Ware allowed a juvenile to drive his car on the day of the crash without a valid driver’s license or permit. An investigation revealed that Ware had also allowed the juvenile to drive the vehicle on previous occasions.
Authorities say the accident occurred early Sunday morning on Frankford Avenue and Sellers Street.
Police are trying to determine his identity and they say charges will be filed when he regains consciousness.
