Pretty much any US city, short of maybe Birmingham, AL, has some elements/neighborhoods of hipster culture at this point (you really just need a fixed-gear bike shop, right?), but these 10 cities are vying for the title of hipster-est. Behind Williamsburg, of course.
Within Philly city limits, Mount Airy was rated the top neighborhood to trick-or-treat in.
Philadelphia had the strongest growth in Pennsylvania, at 1.4 percent, or just over 21,600.
Winners were scored one to ten for history, breweries, bars and events.
New rankings show that Philadelphia’s quest to go green is headed in the right direction.
