One woman in government is traveling the commonwealth, reaching out to students about voting.

Voters will still be asked for a valid voter ID at the poll in November. But if they don’t have it, they will still be able to cast their vote in the usual manner.
“This decision by Judge Simpson is dripping in political partisanship,” says Jerry Mondesire, the president of the Pennsylvania NAACP.
“If you have an expired license, you are already in the PennDOT system, and you had to produce proof of ID and residence when you originally got your license,” explains Pennsylvania’s secretary of state, Carol Aichele.
