The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office and Cape May Police are searching for a serial exposer wanted in connection with five incidents in the area.
According to police, the body was recovered about one mile off shore in the area of Townsends Inlet, Cape May County.
It happened around 4:50 p.m. Tuesday on Avalon Boulevard.
