A high school teacher in Cape May County, New Jersey has been arrested for charges including sexual assault, authorities announced Tuesday.
It happened just before 8 p.m. Monday at U.S. 9 near Evergreen Drive in the Seaville area of the township.
Police say preliminary investigation indicates one or more suspects put gasoline in plastic containers around the perimeter of the two buildings.
