“I (heart) boobies” is now protected speech in the Easton Area School District which means two Easton Middle School students – Kayla Martinez, 13, and Brianna Hawk, 13 – are free to wear their breast cancer awareness bracelets to school.

A federal judge in Pennsylvania has ruled that the “I (heart) boobies!” breast cancer awareness fundraising bracelets aren’t lewd or vulgar, so it’s OK for public school students to wear them.
