Bike Path Improvements Along Schuylkill River Set To Begin

Groundbreaking ceremonies were held this morning along Kelly Drive for a million-dollar project to improve the “Fairmount Bikeway,” along the Schuylkill River between Falls Bridge and Ridge Avenue.
