Villanova native Lesley Van Arsdall draws inspiration for her new beat as the newest member of the Eyewitness News sports team by growing up a lifetime Philly sports fan. However, she is no stranger to the action having worked with Beasley in her television debut seven years ago as a sideline cub reporter during the Philadelphia Eagles pre-season.

And speaking of the Birds, former Eagle Ike Reese, currently heard on CBS sister station SportsRadio 94 WIP, is a regular contributor to Sunday Kickoff and Sports Zone. No matter the athlete, arena or team, all three have no problem being zealous about their rooting interests and as a result are a slam dunk when it comes to breaking major sports stories.
