Does Jim Donovan get involved with major appliances (double wall oven) that fail. and the company doesn't have much concern about the situation.

I have a 2004 Jenn-Air double wall oven (glass doors top and bottom) on May 30, 2011 the top unit, the glass on the door exploded all over my kitchen, mostly on the floor, scattered pieces of glass on my counter top, and cook top. I did take digital pictures, only because I felt no one would believe me if I told them what happened. I have reaced two representatives by phone who offer no explanation, and just tell you to get it fixed yourself, and the other was an e-mail from a consumer representative being very apologetic, I e-mail her the pictures, and several days later received a phone call from her stating they didn’t have an explanaation for this, and as far as they would go would be to document what I told them. This could be a serious safety issue with this type of oven, I feel I can’t trust the lower oven, and don’t feel very safe about the whole thing. A few days after this happened, I was cleaning my toaster and a small shard of glass had imbeded itself in the bottom part of the toaster, I just removed it. That tells me that the force in which the glass exploded had to be very high. This oven is not under warranty because it is going on 7 years old.
