I want to know the lyrics and sing along. the lyrics give it meaning and the listener can personally connect to the song.
Because they can’t understand what the lyrics are. I like to listen to the story and sing along.
I think it’s because people want to listen to music they can understand. I’m that way when it comes to music. I love reading/listening to the lyrics and I can’t do that if I can’t understand the language it’s in.
