    How come the big banks rather let homes foreclose then try to work with people that are willing and trying to do everything they can to keep there home?

      This is a good question, it would make sense that the banks would take better care of these assets, but sometimes people are irresponsible and my fall behind on mortgage payments and foreclosure is the only option for the bank.
