To participate in the contest, complete the form below, then watch CBS3 Eyewitness News This Morning weekdays April 25th through May 22nd, 2013 at approximately 6:15 a.m. on CBS3 and 7-9am on The CW Philly and listen for your name. One name daily will be announced on the air each weekday for the $100 daily prize.

May 8th an additional name will be announced for the semi-final $500 prize.

On May 22, an additional name will be announced for the Grand Prize of a Shore Getaway package including a 7-night stay for up to 4 people at the Flanders Hotel (11th street & the Boardwalk, Ocean City, NJ) plus $1,000 CASH!!! Estimated value of grand prize: $6600.

After each name is announced, entrants will have 30 minutes to call the contest line at 215-977-5398 and leave a voicemail message with their name and daytime phone number to confirm they called within the 30 minute time period.
