LIGHTS FOR THE CURE, the area’s first public service campaign that used the lighting of buildings and landmarks to promote a cause, lights up the skyline pink for the 10th year in a row this October in an effort to encourage women to schedule a mammogram as well as celebrate breast cancer survivors and honor those who lost their battle with this disease.

Female Married Couple Who Survived Breast Cancer Participate In Their Fifth Survivors March

Carrying the banner at the front of the Survivor’s Parade of Pink will be a married couple. Both are women and both are breast cancer survivors. For Kelly McCrea and Janet Kollmann, this will be their fifth survivors march together.
