SVU Investigating Multi-Vehicle Accident Involving Reported Stolen Car In Port Richmond
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Philadelphia Police Department's Special Victims Unit is investigating a multi-vehicle accident in Port Richmond.
Surveillance video shows the crash and the initial moments after at Frankford and Venango.
Police say an officer was pursuing one of the vehicles involved in the crash after getting a report it had been stolen from Kensington and Westmoreland with a child inside.
It turned out there was no child in the vehicle and that child is safe and sound elsewhere.
The driver of the stolen vehicle was arrested.
There's no word on injuries.
