PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Potentially life-saving moments caught on police body cam after an officer was exposed to a deadly drug during an arrest.

His fellow officers sprang into action to administer narcan, a nasal spray that reverses the effects of an opioid overdose.

The Columbus, Ohio officer received medical treatment and made a full recovery.

Officers in many police departments carry narcan now, but it is typically used to help overdose victims.
