Police: Pedestrian Hit, Killed While Walking Along I-295 In Gloucester County

GLOUCESTER COUNTY, N.J. (CBS) - Police in New Jersey are investigating a deadly crash that killed a pedestrian in Gloucester County.

It happened just after 9:30 p.m. Sunday on the northbound side of I-295 in East Greenwich Township.

Police say the victim was walking along the highway when they were hit.

Authorities have not released the victim's name.

The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene.
