1 Dead, 2 Injured In Trenton House Fire

TRENTON, NJ. (CBS) -- One person is dead and two others are injured after fire ripped through a home in Mercer County, New Jersey.

Flames broke out around 2:30 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Cass Street in Trenton.

Authorities say three people were taken to the hospital, where one of the victims later died. The extent of the injuries to the other two people was not immediately known.

The fire was brought under control in less than an hour.

The cause of the blaze in under investigation.
