SEPTA Regional Rail Lines Facing Delays After Person Struck By Train
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Service has resumed on three SEPTA regional rail lines after being suspended when a person was fatally struck by a train.
The Warminster, West Trenton and Lansdale-Doylestown lines have resumed service, but passengers are expected to experience delays up to an hour, after a person was struck and killed by a train north of Fern Rock Transportation Center.
All trains are boarding on the inbound platforms at Elkins Park and Melrose Park stations.
All other SEPTA regional rail lines may experience delays up to 40 minutes.
Police are investigating the incident.
