Missing 3-Year-Old Girl Found Safe In SW Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A 3-year-old girl who went missing early Tuesday morning has been found safe.
Isabella Wiley had been reported missing around 4 a.m. Tuesday. She had been last seen at home in the 5400 block of Bartram Drive.
Police say her mother went to the store and when she returned, the 3-year-old was no longer there.
The girl was safely found later Tuesday morning at a neighbor's house.
