Man Shot Multiple Times, Killed In North Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police say a man was shot seven times in North Philadelphia Monday evening.
Police say 29-year-old Sherman Williams was shot seven times while he was riding a scooter on the 2700 block North 22nd Street, near West Lehigh Avenue, just after 5:30 p.m.
Williams was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead a short time later.
Police say the shooting remains under investigation.
