Suspects Caught On Camera Throwing Explosives Into Restaurant
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police need your help identifying suspects wanted for vandalism.
Surveillance video caught one of the suspects throwing an explosive device into the New Dragon City restaurant on the 500 block of Washington Avenue.

It happened Aug. 12 at about 5:30 p.m.
The suspects were then seen running away.
