Police: 20 Arrested For Prostitution In Atlantic City
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (CBS)—Authorities have arrested 20 people in Atlantic City for prostitution.
On Aug. 19, Atlantic City police targeted prostitution along Pacific Avenue and inside the casinos.
As a result of their investigation, police say 19 women and one man were arrested.
All of the suspects were released on a summons. Police say six of the women had active warrants for their arrest and were remanded to the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
