Philadelphia Celebrity Chef Whips Up Cheesesteaks For Nonprofit Cause
PHILADELPHIA (CBS)--Chef Jose Garces lent his star power to a good cause today at Pat's Steaks South Philly.
Garces was there for the "Spread the Wiz" Foundation which was established by the owner of Pat's.
Its mission is to educate about healthy eating habits and nutrition in children.
Garces prepared his "Amada cheesesteak" -- made with caramelized onions, a Spanish cheese fondue, truffled mushrooms and Pat's rib eye and rolls.
