Police: M80 Firecracker Behind Explosion On Highway

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police say an explosion heard on the highway was caused by a firecracker.

The explosion was heard shortly after 1 p.m. on the 100 block of West Oxford Street.

Investigators say it was determined an M80 firecracker caused the explosion.

Another box was found on the highway near a white vehicle, but that item was cleared.

The bomb squad is on location.
