Police: Zero Arrests Made At NFL Draft

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The best part of the NFL Draft might have happened Monday.

Philadelphia police announced that zero arrests were made at the draft from Thursday through Saturday.

Police say that no citations were handed out, either.

An estimated 250,000 fans packed the Ben Franklin Parkway for the draft.

 

During last year's Democratic National Convention, 106 protesters were issued citations, and in 2015, three people were arrested during Pope Francis' visit.
