Man Accused Of Killing Aunt Set To Appear In Court
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A man accused of killing his aunt in Philadelphia is set to appear in court Tuesday for a preliminary hearing.
Police say 26-year-old Andrew Cruttenden was looking to rob his aunt, Virginia Cruttenden, on Feb. 24.
That day officers found the 57-year-old woman in her Port Richmond home.
She died shortly after.
Cruttenden faces several charges, including murder.
His girlfriend has also been charged with burglary.
