Judge Expects Cosby's Sex Assault Trial To Last 2 Weeks

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (CBS) — The judge in the Bill Cosby case has detailed the guidelines he'll use in overseeing jury selection in the entertainer's sexual assault trial.
The Cosby jury will be picked in Allegheny County, sequestered and taken to Montgomery County for a June 5 trial that's expected to last two weeks.
Jury For Cosby's Criminal Trial To Come From Pittsburgh Area
Defense attorneys argued that because the case had received worldwide publicity, potential jurors should be screened for bias with an extensive questionnaire by mail.
However, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele argued that a potential juror filling out a form at home could allow for input by others in the house.
Judge Steven O' Neill said he expected to screen as any as 125 potential jurors a day.
