Eagles Sign DE Chris Long
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Eagles have signed defensive end Chris Long to a two-year contract, the team announced on Tuesday.
Long, 32, had 4.0 sacks in 16 games (seven starts) with the Super Bowl champions last season.

Long was a second-overall pick in 2008 to the Rams out of Virginia. He spent his first eight seasons with the Rams before joining the Pats last year. Long's best season came in 2011 when he had 13.0 sacks.
