Ellen DeGeneres Sending Crew To Philly: 'I'm Going To Shut Down A Couple Of Blocks'
PHILADELPHIA (CBS)-- Ellen DeGeneres, fans are you free this Wednesday?
In a tweet on Monday night, the comedian says she was going to "shut down a couple of blocks on Walnut St." on Wednesday.
However, on Tuesday she clarified that she is actually sending her crew to Philly for a live shot, meaning the comedian herself likely won't be in town.
Tomorrow I'm sending some of my crew to #Philly for a live shot on Walnut Street. Y'all are gonna look great on my show.

City officials say they will be temporarily closing Walnut Street for a live remote event with the Ellen Show on Wednesday between 1-8 p.m.
The event will be concentrated on the 1600 block Walnut St., with closures from Broad to 17th Streets. Numbered streets between Broad and 17th Street will remain open.
