Small Avalanches Block Roads In Pennsylvania

TUNKHANNOCK Twp. Pa. (CBS) -- A few small avalanches blocked roads and briefly trapped a driver in Tunkhannock Township, which is not far from the Poconos.

Authorities put a travel ban in place throughout Wyoming County after an avalanche completely closed Route 92.

It happened about 31 miles northwest of Wilkes-Barre.
