Police: Pedestrians Struck By Vehicle On City Avenue
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police say multiple people were reportedly struck by a vehicle Sunday night at the intersection of City Avenue and Monument Road.
Police say this happened at 10:00 p.m.
According to police, multiple units are on scene. It remains unclear if the vehicle remained on location.
