TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Vine WB Ramp to I-76 Closed, Delays Reach To I-95

PHILADELPHIA (CBS)--The Vine ramp to I-76 was closed briefly this morning due to an accident.

It happened on the Vine WB ramp to I-76.

According to Meisha Johnson,  a disabled vehicle on the WB Vine also caused some delays stretching to I-95.
