Sixers-Kings Game Rescheduled For Late January

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The NBA has announced the make-up date for the 76ers game against the Sacramento Kings that was postponed due to unsafe playing conditions on the floor of the Wells Fargo Center.

The game between the Sixers and Kings has been rescheduled for Monday, Jan 30, 2017 at 6 p.m. in South Philadelphia, the league said Saturday.

The game was originally set to be played on November 30, but was postponed because of wet spots on the court.

A crew took to the floor with mops in an effort to dry the court in time for the start of the game, but the problem persisted and the league eventually determined the surface was too slippery for players to compete on safely.

Following the postponement, the Sixers announced that tickets for the game would be honored once a make-up date was announced, as would parking.
