Walusimbi was charged with institutional sexual assault, indecent assault, felony corruption of minors and misdemeanor corruption of minors, among related charges.

Police say that Walusimbi allegedly assaulted, or attempted to assault a 13-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl on different occasions. The alleged incidents took place at Oxford Valley Chapel in Middletown, according to authorities.

Officials say both girls told police that Walusimbi held their arms back and bent them over tables. The DA's Office said the 13-year-old claimed that Walusimbi removed her pants and "rubbed his erect penis against her buttocks."

They added that the 15-year-old claimed that he "whispered in her ear that someday she would call him a pedophile." They say the girl was able to kick her leg back to free herself.

Walusimbi was arraigned and his bail was set at $50,000, 10 percent cash.
