Protesters Against Dakota Access Pipeline Chain Themselves To TD Bank

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Protesters against the Dakota Access Pipeline have chained themselves to a TD Bank in Center City Philadelphia.

The protesters are demanding that the bank divest from the Dakota Access Pipeline.

The Dakota Access Pipeline Project is a approximate 1,172-mile, 30-inch diameter pipeline that will connect the Bakken and Three Forks production areas in North Dakota to Patoka, Illinois.
