CAMDEN WYOMING, DE (CBS) -- Delaware State Troopers have arrested a man working as a pony ride employee at a local orchard who is accused of inappropriately touching a juvenile customer last weekend.

John Blackburn, 33 was arrested Friday. He is accused of inappropriately touching a nine-year-old girl while helping her mount and dismount a pony at Fifer's Orchard on Saturday, Oct. 29.
