Working Pokemon Go Costume Wins Halloween

It's not this little guy dressed as Eleven from "Stranger Things."
Or Bette Midler's bewitching throwback to her Hocus Pocus days.
It's Matt Borgelt's costume because his Pokemon Go costume actually works. Borgelt didn't just dress up as a Pokemon -- instead he crafted himself a real-life version of the game that he can wear.
