Commuters Express Anger, Frustration As SEPTA Workers Go On Strike
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Anger and frustration this morning for many SEPTA riders in Center City as they were trying to get to where they had to go.
The station, swamped as folks who usually take the bus, subway or trolley, had to figure out the regional rails, which are not affected by the strike.

Rose from East Oak Lane, a regular subway rider, had to start her commute an hour earlier. Her strike routine now a lot more work than what she's used to.
"Normally the subway lets me off a block away from the job, but now I have to walk several more blocks."
How To Get Around Town During SEPTA Strike
She's doing what she has to to get to work, there is no other choice, and so her message to SEPTA, and the Transport Workers Union, in particular is to get a deal done.
"They should have taken care of this a long time ago instead of waiting for the last minute because their decisions affect more than themselves."
