Bill Cosby Back In Montgomery County Courtroom

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (CBS) -- Bill Cosby is back in a Montgomery County courtroom today, for a series of pre-trial motions in relation to sex assault charges against the 79-year-old entertainer.

Cosby Lawyers Want Accusers To Take Competency, Memory Tests

Today's hearing is the first of four days set aside by the judge hearing Bill Cosby's case.

Three motions to be argued, the first, Cosby's attorneys want a deposition he gave thrown out because of what a former DA claims was a promise never to prosecute him on these allegations.

The 13 Women Who Could Show Bill Cosby Had A Pattern

Second, a request by prosecutors to introduce prior bad acts -- 13 women who they claim were assaulted in a similar fashion by Cosby.

Third, Cosby's attorneys say charges should be thrown out, saying their client's constitutional rights were violated as prosecutors waited too long to bring charges.
