Doug Pederson: 'No Legitimacy' To Trade Interest In WR's

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Doug Pederson put a clamp on the Eagles' trade rumors, saying there is "no legitimacy" to the reports.

Pederson, who is "happy with his wide receivers, listed Nelson Agholor and Josh Huff as potential deep threats.

Agholor has just 18 catches for 191 yards, while Huff has just 12 catches for 63 yards. Furthermore, Dorial Green-Beckham has just 13 catches for 139 yards. Those three receivers have just one touchdown a piece in six games.

The Eagles have been linked to wide receivers Torrey Smith and Alshon Jeffery in rumors, with the NFL trade deadline coming on Tuesday, November 1st.

Jeffery, 26, will be a non restricted free-agent after season. Smith, 27, is in the second year of a five-year, $40 million contract.
