Wolf On Allegations Of Voter Fraud: 'Sounds Like In Advance A Poor Loser Talking About Excuses'
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Donald Trump has ramped up his rhetoric in recent days that the election is 'rigged' and that voter fraud is rampant -- especially in Philadelphia.
Now, Pennsylvania's governor is pushing back, saying Trump's argument threatens Democracy.
Officials Strike Back Against Voter Fraud Accusations
Trump quotes a Pew study,"One of every eight voter registrations in the US are no longer valid or significantly inaccurate -- one in eight."
The research from 2012 found nearly three million people are registered in more than one state.
Wolf: "Let me be clear, there's absolutely no evidence that there's voter fraud."
Governor Wolf tells KDKA radio that Pennsylvania's precautions include proof of ID from first-time voters, signature checks, and bipartisan oversight.

"To say the elections are rigged, that sounds like in advance a poor loser talking about excuses as to why the good people of Pennsylvania aren't going to vote for him."
While the Pew study noted problems stemming from an antiquated system, it did not present evidence those issues amounted to voter fraud.
