Pedestrian Struck, Severely Injured In Delaware County
MIDDLETOWN Twp., Pa. (CBS) -- Authorities are investigating an accident that left a pedestrian severely injured in Middletown Township on Thursday night.
Police say the person was struck by a car on the 1300 block of W. Baltimore Pike in Delaware County. The incident took place near the Media State Police Barracks.
Officials say the victim suffered serious injuries. It is not clear whether or not the driver remained on the scene.
Northbound lanes were closed between Valley Road and Rt. 452.
