North Philadelphia Man Found Murdered On Sidewalk Near His Home

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police are investigating the murder of a North Philadelphia man near his home yesterday evening.

It happened just before 7:30 p.m. on North Reese Street near West Allegheny.

Police received a radio call for a "person with a gun."

When officers responded, they found 36-year-old Lee Vasquez dead on the sidewalk near his home on North Reese.

He had been shot numerous times.

Police have no motive and no suspects at this time.
