"Shibumi Farm and Fox and Son Fancy Corndogery," he said. "They are taking space that was formerly occupied by Salumeria."

Alan Kauffman, owner of Shibumi Farm explains how he got here.

"There is a small farmer's market in Stockton, New Jersey. We supply the mushrooms to a woman who has a stand there and one of the member of the board of Reading Terminal shops there," Kauffman said. "For about two years, he's been bugging her, saying we have to have mushrooms like this at Reading."

Meanwhile, Rebecca Foxman said she and her partner Izekiel Furgeson were the ones to pursue the market. She said it was her dream to be an owner here.

"Phonemenal! This my favorite place anywhere on the planet!"

Both new vendors are expected to be up and running by Spring 2017.
