Kaine To Stump In Philly After Vice Presidential Debate

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine will campaign in Pennsylvania for two days following Tuesday’s vice presidential debate.

Officials said Kaine would campaign “across Pennsylvania” on Wednesday and Thursday, including public events in the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh areas.

Details of the events were not immediately released, but people interested in attending the Philadelphia-area event on Wednesday and the Pittsburgh-area event on Thursday were invited to contact Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

Kaine and Republican vice presidential nominee Mike Pence meet Tuesday night for the only vice presidential debate of the 2016 campaign.

‘He’s really evil,’ say protestors outside Tim Kaine’s Catholic church in Virginia

    AUGUST 29, 2016

About a dozen Catholic protesters blasted Hillary Clinton’s running mate Tim Kaine outside the church he attends in Richmond Sunday morning, WVIR reported.

The demonstrators claim the Virginia senator’s voting record contradicts the Catholic faith on issues of abortion and gay marriage.

“He is not America’s dad at all,” organizer Frances said. “If people just scratched the surface. He’s really, all I can say, is evil.”

Kaine has attended St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church for about 30 years and is a long-time member of the church choir.
