What's Cooking On 1060: Two Fish

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A high-end seafood restaurant comes to Haddonfield, New Jersey. The well-known chef has received recognition for his cooking in Philadelphia.
Chef Mike Stollenwerk, formerly of "26 North" and "Little Fish," is taking his cooking back to basics with his newest venture, "Two Fish."
"We're gonna keep it simple, small, there's five appetizers, five entrees, and we're just gonna let the flavors shine through on the plate."
So what happened with his previous restaurants?
"A lot of times you get these investors and you know, they like to eat, but they really don't know what it takes to do a restaurant."
This time, with no investors, he's partnering with his girlfriend, Felice Liebowitz.
"I think we were both kind of not fully happy where we were and as I was looking around with him (for restaurant locations). I thought, 'why just not do it together?'"
And they're doing it outside of Philadelphia.
"Just take a break from the city. We were looking for a small, quaint town and we found a good spot in Haddonfield."
So why should folks visit Two Fish?
"Because Mike can cook fish better than anyone can cook fish."
As for the origin of the restaurant's name...
"Each one of us are a fish. We have the back of the house fish and front of the house fish, so there's two of us."
Kuznits: "You're two fish!"
"Two fish."
Kuznits: "That's so cute! One fish, two fish!"
"Red fish, blue fish."
