Man Arrested For Wearing 'Plastic Wrap Bikini' On NJ Beach

BEACH HAVEN, N.J. (CBS) -- Beach Haven Police announced the arrest of a 59-year-old man who they say committed an act of lewdness while on the beach.

Authorities say that on September 26, police arrested Stephen Wojciehowski of Cedar Run.

They say that an investigation uncovered that Wojciehowski went to the beach on two separate days, both times wearing what they described as a homemade, clear plastic wrap bikini. Authorities say that several eye witnesses shared their accounts of this and that Wojciehowski's genitals were clearly observed through the plastic wrap.

The incident took place on the Ocean Street Beach, a public beach, according to police.
