LANGHORNE, Pa. (CBS) — A high school singing group in Bucks County have become the Runners-Up in an a capella singing competition.
Neshaminy High School’s Select Choir placed second in the Vocalosity’s Aca-Performance of a Lifetime contest with their “Kids In America” submission.
The recognition means they’ll be opening for a capella group, Vocalosity on Wednesday, Sept. 28 at the Bucks County Playhouse. Vocalosity was created by artistic producer Deke Sharon, who produces “The Sing-Off,” and was the vocal producer for the “Pitch Perfect” movies.
The group is currently on tour and holding competitions in the towns they pass through.
Volcalosity will be at the Bucks County Playhouse September 23 through October 2. Click here for ticket information.
