Cops: Boy Killed In Crash In Northampton County; Open Alcohol Containers Found In Car

HELLERTOWN, Pa. (CBS) — Authorities say a five-year-old boy is dead after a crash in Northampton County early Wednesday morning.

The accident happened on Interstate 78 in Hellertown around 1 a.m.

Officials say four adults and a two-year-old were injured. The extent of their injuries is unknown.

Police say open alcohol containers were found inside of the vehicle.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
