Delaware Police Officer Arrested For Allegedly Dealing In Child Pornography

NEWARK, De. (CBS) -- Officials in Delaware announced the arrest of a New Castle County Police officer who they say was dealing in child pornography.

Authorities arrested Robert Vasecka, 45, of Newark in connection to 25 counts of dealing child pornography. They say an investigation was conducted by the Delaware Child Predator Task Force, leading to Vasecka's arrest.

PA Priest Charged After Child Pornography Allegedly Found On Laptop

According to police, a public internet chat room reported that a user was uploading images that were suspected to be child pornography. The task force acquired information on the subscribers to track back to Vasecka.

Officials say that 25 images of child pornography were found on Vasecka's phone.
